To avoid disappointment, we recommend reservations for weekends. Payment in full is required for all reservations. When making reservations, include the name of your group, number of rentals reserved, dates, trip that you wish to make and arrival time. Person making reservations will be responsible for payment in event of cancellation. Payments may be refunded if trips are cancelled 30 days in advance. A non-transferrable credit slip will be issued for all trips if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled trip. The credit slip must be used within the current season. Advance reservation required. No refunds due to inclement weather or early departure on any trip or for camping. Trips can be reserved by using Visa or MasterCard. There will be a $5.00 charge for all credit card cancellations. A cash security deposit is required the day of your trip.
